Airlines

The Airlines Industry Pack contains a set of data files that have been tuned for the analysis of English language content found in airline reviews and voice of customer content.

  • Improvement on sentiment accuracy
  • Categorization via query topics by over 130 industry-specific labels
  • Customized entity extraction or airlines, airline alliances, aircraft manufacturers and equipment, and airports

In order to use the Airline Industry Pack, initialize a Salience session using the standard data directory, and specify the Airline Industry Pack as the user directory.

Enhancements to sentiment analysis and intentions are applied automatically.
For enhanced query topic categorization, use the Salience API option method to set the Query Topic List to the file provided in imports/query-topics.dat.
For enhanced user-defined entity extraction, use the Salience API option method to set the User Entity List to the file provided in imports/user-entities.dat.

e-Commerce

The e-Commerce Industry Pack contains a set of data files that have been tuned for the analysis of English language content found in consumer reviews and feedback related to online shopping.

  • Improvements to sentiment accuracy
  • Categorization via query topics by over 160 industry-specific labels
  • Over 100 industry-specific entities for major e-commerce sites, shipping companies, payment options, and other items related to online shopping
