Supported part-of-speech tags

Various data files within the Salience Engine data directory utilize parts-of-speech for tuning the engine's understanding of language. For the most part, the tags that are used by Salience Engine follow the Penn Treebank tagset. Additions have been made to support language constructs that are unique to other languages, most notably Chinese. The following table provides a complete list of supported tags and their meanings.
